De plus, il n\u2019est normalement pas possible pour les personnes atteintes de Hashimoto de faire du sport de comp\u00e9tition, elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement toujours fatigu\u00e9es. J\u2019ai tellement d\u2019\u00e9nergie que je n\u2019ai presque pas besoin de faire de pauses, en plus je me sens en forme comme d\u2019habitude et pas fatigu\u00e9e. J\u2019ai pu r\u00e9duire un peu la prise d\u2019hormones en prenant de l\u2019huile Balance et du Xtend, car les micronutriments manquent de toute fa\u00e7on dans le cas d\u2019Hashimoto.<br \/>\nJ\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser les sympt\u00f4mes typiques tels que les crises de panique et les palpitations cardiaques lors de la prise de l\u2019hormone n\u00e9cessaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Viva. J\u2019ai failli me voir prescrire des comprim\u00e9s pour le c\u0153ur et des antid\u00e9presseurs avec 10 effets secondaires.
