Malgr\u00e9 les antid\u00e9presseurs, j\u2019avais chaque jour 3 \u00e0 4 crises de sommeil pendant la journ\u00e9e et je me mettais \u00e0 pleurer sans raison en cas de stress.<br \/>\nLa premi\u00e8re fois que j\u2019ai pris 3 pcs le soir, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019impression que c\u2019\u00e9tait une bonne id\u00e9e. Viva \u2013 et en supprimant le Valium \u2013 j\u2019ai quand m\u00eame pu dormir toute la nuit ! Pendant la journ\u00e9e, j\u2019ai pris 3 Viva et le m\u00eame jour, je n\u2019ai plus eu besoin de dormir pendant la journ\u00e9e, les pleurs ont \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre BalanceOil pour aider mon psychisme \u00e0 se remettre sur pied. En accord avec mon m\u00e9decin, j\u2019ai pu arr\u00eater l\u2019antid\u00e9presseur en 3 mois et depuis septembre 2019, je suis \u00e0 nouveau sans m\u00e9dicaments, en pleine forme et psychologiquement stable.
