Mes yeux se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent depuis des ann\u00e9es et maintenant j&rsquo;ai besoin de nouvelles lunettes parce qu&rsquo;elles sont trop fortes. Je n&rsquo;ai plus de rhume des foins, ma dose de comprim\u00e9s pour la thyro\u00efde a diminu\u00e9 de moiti\u00e9, une inflammation de la peau de la main a disparu, je n&rsquo;ai plus besoin de comprim\u00e9s de fer. Toutes les valeurs sanguines se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, je suis pass\u00e9e de 8,2:1 \u00e0 3,8:1. Je pourrais donc continuer encore longtemps, en y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant.
